How To Succeed Under Pressure
Being able to handle and absorb pressure is the most important trait any entrepreneur can develop and being honest with you it took me years to be able to handle the pressure.
I often tell people that it's the ability to survive the pressure in business or in your pursuit that determines how far you will go and trust me putting yourself out there and putting it all on the line time and time again requires a certain amount of insanity.
You've got to be able to handle the pressure if you are ever going to do big things with your life and it is not something that can be taught at school or university you simply have to experience it and feel it and eventually when you've had enough setbacks and experienced enough pain and taken enough hits you will start to be confident within yourself to handle and even thrive upon the pressure!
You can't develop a higher tolerance to pressure until you have felt it over and over again but what I will tell you is that you need to accept very early on in your life and your pursuit that pressure and stress are part of the journey and accepting that things will go wrong more often than not and that you will fail more than you will succeed will help you view pressure in a more empowering way!

5 Things You Must Get Done Everything Morning To Get Ahead Of Your Competitors.
Hey Guys, here are a few things that I do every morning that you might want to start implementing into your morning routine.
1. The first thing I do once I'm up is Write my goals out, visualise them and really think about what it would mean to achieve each one and what it will take from me to achieve them.
2. I always exercise in the morning simply because it's a powerful way to start the day, gets me into the rhythm of accomplishment and puts me into a strong state of mind.
The other BIG reason I exercise in the morning is because nothing ever comes up in the morning. Working out in the evening leaves you vulnerable to something coming up like after work commitments, birthday parties, romantic dinners, etc
3. The early morning is the best time to reflect, meditate and ponder.....Spending time with yourself and your own thoughts is imperative to your own personal development and growth.
You only find your life purpose, gifts and vision by investing quality time with yourself.
4. Write in your journal !!
You want to get into the habit of writing in a journal and getting what's in your head onto paper, it will help you think more clearly and allow you to expand on your own thoughts, idea's and dreams!
5. The main reason I wake up before 5am is to take full advantage of a fresh day, a clear & focused mind and a distraction free environment to work on, create and further develop those BIG idea's, dreams, projects and my ART.
Before 5am is prime time for creating your dreams and working on your masterpiece.
Hopefully that inspires you and gives you a little insight into the powerful things you can do each morning to move you closer to your goals and dreams!
